Systematic Literature Review Tentang Penerapan Teori Permainan Keputusan Strategis Di Organisasi Bisnis Modern

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teori permainan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis di organisasi bisnis kontemporer dengan menggunakan pendekatan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR). Dalam dunia bisnis yang rumit dan tidak pasti, teori permainan memainkan peran krusial dalam membantu pengambil keputusan memahami interaksi strategis antara para pelaku, baik dalam situasi persaingan maupun kerjasama. Penelitian ini menganalisa sebelas artikel dari jurnal internasional terkemuka yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2022 hingga 2025, dan mengelompokkan artikel-artikel tersebut berdasarkan kategori Scopus Quartile (Q1–Q4). Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa teori permainan, baik dalam bentuk Teori Permainan Evolusioner, Teori Permainan Perilaku, maupun kombinasi dengan teknologi seperti Kecerdasan Buatan dan Pembelajaran Dalam, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan strategis di berbagai sektor seperti investasi digital, manajemen proyek, kebijakan publik, serta perilaku sosial. Hasil ini juga menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berbasis kolaborasi dan data dapat meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis global. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperluas pandangan teoretis terkait strategi organisasi modern serta menjadi referensi praktik bagi manajer dan peneliti dalam mengembangkan model pengambilan keputusan yang lebih logis, fleksibel, dan berdasarkan analisis strategis.
