Peran Integratif Fungsi MSDM dalam Optimalisasi Kinerja Organisasi: Perencanaan, Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Kinerja, Kompensasi, Hubungan Industrial

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran integratif fungsi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis model PRISMA 2020. Fokus kajian meliputi enam fungsi utama MSDM, yaitu perencanaan, rekrutmen, pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan hubungan industrial. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus dengan kata kunci “integration of strategic HRM functions,” “value-oriented performance management,” dan “collaborative industrial relations,” yang mencakup periode 2020–2025. Dari total 58 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 35 artikel dieliminasi karena tidak memenuhi kriteria kelayakan, dan 5 artikel akhir (Tier Q1–Q2) dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi fungsi MSDM berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi melalui penguatan sinergi antara strategi bisnis, teknologi digital, dan nilai kemanusiaan. Temuan juga menegaskan pentingnya inovasi melalui people analytics, kepemimpinan strategis, serta sistem kompensasi dan hubungan industrial yang adaptif untuk mendukung kinerja berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan MSDM yang terintegrasi dan berorientasi pada manusia dapat menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif serta memperkuat daya saing organisasi di era transformasi digital.
