Strategi Pengembangan Kerja Sama Tim Mahasiswa dalam Merancang dan Melaksanakan Program MSDM

Kemampuan berkolaborasi dalam tim merupakan salah satu keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa agar mampu beradaptasi dengan dinamika dunia kerja, terutama dalam bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang menuntut sinergi lintas bidang dan pemecahan masalah secara kolektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kerja sama tim mahasiswa pada perancangan dan pelaksanaan program MSDM. Kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan panduan PRISMA, dengan dukungan platform Watase UAKE untuk proses pencarian, seleksi, dan klasifikasi literatur ilmiah. Dari 33 publikasi yang dianalisis, diperoleh lima artikel utama yang memenuhi kriteria dan diolah secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi teknologi digital, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan mekanisme peer assessment mampu memperkuat partisipasi aktif serta tanggung jawab individu dalam tim. Selain itu, pemanfaatan algoritma pembentukan tim dan platform kolaboratif daring terbukti meningkatkan koordinasi serta efektivitas kerja tim mahasiswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara pendekatan pedagogis, sosial, dan teknologi dalam mendukung pembelajaran MSDM yang relevan dengan era transformasi digital.
