Systematic Literatur Review Dengan Metode Prisma : Optimalisasi Media Komunikasi Profesional Untuk Penyampaian Analisis dan Strategi MSDM di Ranah Akademik dan Praktis

Penelitian ini menemukan cara terbaik untuk mengoptimalkan media komunikasi profesional untuk menyampaikan analisis dan strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) di dunia akademik dan nyata, penelitian ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) yang menggunakan kerangka PRISMA. Penelusuran Scopus menghasilkan 243 artikel; setelah pra-penyaringan, penyaringan judul-abstrak, dan penilaian kelayakan, sebanyak 13 artikel yang diterbitkan dari 2023 hingga 2025, yang sebagian besar jurnal diterbitkan dari Q1 hingga Q2, memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara naratif. Temuan menunjukkan dua hal penting: keberlanjutan melalui penggunaan sumber daya manusia hijau dan strategi lingkungan yang mendorong perilaku pro-lingkungan dan kinerja berkelanjutan; transformasi digital melalui penggunaan kecerdasan buatan, big data, dan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mengoptimalkan perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi praktik sumber daya manusia. Untuk memastikan bahwa kebijakan SDM dipahami lintas peran, dengan gambaran perusahaan dan dengan memediasi hubungan antara inovasi dan kinerja, arsitektur media komunikasi profesional, seperti yang ditemukan dalam ekosistem terpadu seperti UCaaS, membantu memahami kebijakan SDM lintas peran. Menurut sintesis, konsep "fit media-MSDM" menekankan tata kelola kanal, konsistensi pesan, dan metrik komunikasi yang terhubung dengan KPI sebagai syarat untuk penerapan kebijakan dan peningkatan kinerja. Meskipun keterbatasan termasuk perbedaan dalam desain penelitian dan fokus basis data, temuan memberikan peta bukti terbaru dan agenda penelitian lanjutan berbasis kausalitas lintas sektor. model ini, studi eksperimental di bidang akademik dan industri diperlukan.
