Abstract

Kajian ini menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi lintas fungsi dan jejaring profesional dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada organisasi modern. Dinamika global dan perkembangan digital menuntut organisasi membangun sinergi antarbagian serta memperkuat relasi profesional untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, menggunakan data dari artikel terindeks Scopus Q1-Q4. Dari 191 publikasi yang ditelaah, 9 artikel dipilih sebagai bahan analisis utama. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa kerja lintas fungsi berperan penting dalam mendorong inovasi, ketahanan, dan efektivitas organisasi, sementara jejaring profesional mendukung pertumbuhan karir, perluas akses informasi, serta kolaborasi yang inklusif. Dengan menggabungkan aspek teknjis manajemen SDM dan kekuatan jaringan sosial, organisasi dapat membangun sistem yang adaptif, berkelanjutan, serta mampu memberikan peluang pengembangan bagi individu. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi integrasi kolaborasi dan jejaring SDM masa kini.
