Abstract

Kemampuan berkolaborasi dan bekerja dalam tim menjadi keterampilan utama yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa agar mampu bersaing dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan dunia kerja modern, khususnya di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang menuntut sinergi lintas bidang dan penyelesaian masalah secara kolektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan kerja sama tim, kolaborasi, dan jejaring profesional (networking) dalam implementasi program MSDM guna mencapai kinerja yang optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA 2020, dibantu oleh platform Watase UAKE untuk proses penelusuran, penyaringan, dan pengelompokan literatur ilmiah secara otomatis. Dari hasil penelusuran 185 artikel pada basis data Scopus, sebanyak 20 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi, dan 6 di antaranya dipilih sebagai literatur utama untuk dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, mekanisme umpan balik sejawat, serta penggunaan teknologi kolaboratif berbasis digital dapat meningkatkan partisipasi, komunikasi, dan tanggung jawab anggota tim. Selain itu, integrasi antara pendekatan pedagogis, sosial, dan teknologi terbukti mendukung peningkatan efektivitas serta relevansi pembelajaran MSDM dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital yang terus berkembang.
