Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya kolaborasi strategis dan jejaring sosial sebagai fondasi dalam membangun program manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) yang berorientasi pada kinerja. Melalui kajian literatur sistematis dengan metode PRISMA, penelitian ini menganalisa sembilan artikel dari jurnal bereputasi (Q1-Q4) yang dipublikasikan antara 2023-2025. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa sinergi tim, kepemimpinan yang adaptif, dan pengelolaan keberagaman menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas serta daya saing organisasi. Jejaring profesional juga berperan penting dalam memperluas akses terhadap sumber daya, memperkuat aliansi jangka panjang, dan mendorong proses pembelajaran antar organisasi. Temuan utama menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan program MSDM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh desain internal, tetapi juga membangun kolaborasi strategi dengan mengintegrasikan faktor-faktor tersebut, organisasi mampu menciptakan model pengelolaan SDM yang lebih inovatif, sinergi, dan berkelanjutan.
