Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip dan standar manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis di organisasi modern. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi sistematis, dengan metode PRISMA, yang melibatkan proses identifikasi, penyaringan, dan analisis terhadap berbagai literatur akademik terkait MSDM, kompetensi, nilai, dan motvasi karyawan dalam mendukung strategi organisasi. Data diperoleh dari sumber ilmiah terindeks Scopus Q1 hingga Q4, dan dianalisa secara kualitatif untuk menemukan pola hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerpan prinsip dan standar MSDM secara konsisten mampu meperkuat kualitas pengambilan keputusan strategis melalui peningkatan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia dan nilai organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara praktik MSDM dan strategi bisnis guna mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di era digital dan globalisasi.
