Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah kontribusi teknologi digital, analitik sumber daya manusia (Human Resource Analytics), dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) dalam membangun sistem manajemen SDM yang adaptif serta berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis kerangka PRISMA, studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang relevan pada periode 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan analitik SDM dan teknologi berbasis AI mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, inovasi organisasi, serta ketahanan bisnis dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan dinamis. Selain itu, kemampuan adaptasi organisasi berperan sebagai faktor kunci yang memperkuat hubungan antara inovasi digital dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara teknologi, data, dan strategi sumber daya manusia sebagai fondasi pengembangan sistem SDM yang cerdas, responsif, dan kompetitif di era transformasi digital.
