Model Komunikasi Efektif Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Analisis Dan Penyusunan Kebijakan Strategis Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model komunikasi efektif yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas analisis serta proses penyusunan kebijakan strategis pada manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis kerangka kerja PRISMA, penelitian ini menelaah literatur dari basis data Scopus dengan fokus pada isu kolaborasi lintas fungsi, model komunikasi efektif, dan perumusan kebijakan strategis. Hasil kajian terhadap lima artikel terpilih menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi modern sangat bergantung pada kemampuan mengintegrasikan komunikasi antar departemen secara strategis. Kolaborasi lintas fungsi terbukti memperkuat koordinasi, meningkatkan kualitas keputusan, serta membangun ketahanan organisasi terhadap dinamika lingkungan bisnis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengembangan strategi komunikasi lintas fungsi yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan kebijakan SDM di era transformasi digital.
