Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi inovatif pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) digital yang mampu beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan pasar tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA, serta analisis tematik berbasis model Watase UAKE. Proses identifikasi menghasilkan 362 publikasi ilmiah dari basis data Scopus, kemudian disaring menjadi 68 artikel relevan. Setelah melalui tahap kelayakan dan inklusi, sebanyak 33 artikel memenuhi kriteria analisis, dan enam di antaranya dipilih sebagai representasi utama dalam kajian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan SDM digital menekankan tiga aspek utama, yaitu inovasi berbasis teknologi, peningkatan kompetensi digital, dan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang adaptif serta kolaboratif. Penerapan kecerdasan buatan, sistem analitik prediktif, dan otomatisasi HR terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas pengembangan talenta serta ketahanan organisasi. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital dalam manajemen SDM bukan sekadar adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga perubahan nilai dan pola pikir menuju organisasi yang berkelanjutan dan kompetitif.
