Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi konsep dan praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dan operasional melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) menggunakan metode PRISMA 2020. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada database terindeks internasional, seperti Scopus dan ScienceDirect, dengan rentang publikasi 2020–2025. Dari 180 artikel yang ditemukan, hanya enam yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi MSDM yang efektif berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas keputusan strategis dan operasional. Penerapan praktik HRM, seperti perencanaan tenaga kerja, pelatihan, manajemen kinerja, dan keterlibatan kepemimpinan, memperkuat koordinasi lintas fungsi dan efisiensi organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi kebijakan HR dengan strategi bisnis untuk menciptakan keputusan yang adaptif dan berbasis bukti.
