Systematic Literatur Review Dengan Metode Prisma: Integrasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Etika, Keberagaman dan Keadilan Inklusif, serta Keadilan di Tempat Kerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana studi tentang etika organisasi, transformasi digital, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) telah berkembang selama bertahun-tahun. Penelitian ini akan melakukannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sistematic Literature Review (SLR), yang berbasis pada kerangka kerja PRISMA 2020. Aplikasi Watase UAKE, yang digunakan bersama dengan basis data Scopus kategori jurnal dari Q1 hingga Q4 tahun 2022–2025. Dari 69 publikasi yang ditemukan, tujuh artikel ilmiah dipilih untuk dipelajari secara menyeluruh. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kecerdasan buatan (AI), kepemimpinan transformasional, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bertanggung jawab secara sosial (SRHRM) adalah faktor penting yang meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, keadilan, dan perilaku moral karyawan. Selain itu, temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan digital harus diimbangi dengan kerangka etika, keadilan, dan inklusi (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion/EDI) agar algoritma tidak bias dan pengambilan keputusan tetap adil. Sebagian penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, seperti analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), sementara penelitian lain menggunakan metode kualitatif dan konseptual untuk menyelidiki nilai sosial dan keadilan dalam kebijakan publik dan manajemen sumber daya manusia kontemporer. Oleh karena itu, temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi antara inovasi digital, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kepemimpinan etis sangat penting untuk menciptakan fondasi untuk MSDM yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital.
