Peran Spiritualitas Kerja dan Humanisme Transformatif dalam mendorong Etika, Keadilan, serta Praktik DEI pada Sistem Manajemen SDM Kontemporer

Penelitian ini menyajikan tinjauan mendalam mengenai peran spiritualitas kerja, humanisme transformatif, dan etika organisasi relasional dalam memperkuat praktik etika, keadilan, serta DEI dalam sistem manajemen SDM kontemporer. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review berbasis pedoman PRISMA, penelitian menelusuri artikel Scopus Q1–Q4 periode 2020–2025 untuk mengidentifikasi temuan yang paling relevan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas profesional berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan, keterlibatan, dan komitmen kerja, sementara humanisme evolusioner menyediakan kerangka nilai untuk memperluas orientasi etis organisasi secara lebih humanis dan inklusif. Di sisi lain, etika organisasi relasional menegaskan bahwa keadilan tidak hanya ditentukan prosedur formal, tetapi juga cara relasi kekuasaan dan kerentanan dimaknai dalam praktik sehari-hari. Integrasi ketiga perspektif ini membuka peluang perancangan sistem SDM yang lebih berkeadilan, responsif terhadap keragaman, dan selaras dengan tujuan pengembangan manusia secara holistik
