Abstract

Meningkatnya aktivitas pendakian gunung di Indonesia mendorong kebutuhan terhadap layanan digital yang mampu mendukung persiapan pendakian secara lebih aman dan terstruktur. Namun, inovasi teknologi tidak hanya membutuhkan pengembangan fitur, tetapi juga model bisnis yang mampu menjelaskan bagaimana nilai diciptakan, disampaikan, dan menghasilkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis dan strategi pengembangan Smart Hiking sebagai aplikasi pendukung aktivitas pendakian berbasis kecerdasan buatan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dengan pengembang aplikasi, observasi terhadap konsep layanan, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Smart Hiking memiliki proposisi nilai melalui integrasi rekomendasi perlengkapan berbasis kecerdasan buatan, informasi cuaca secara real-time, data jalur pendakian, dan dukungan mitigasi risiko dalam satu platform. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Business Model Canvas dan SWOT dapat menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam merancang model bisnis digital pada tahap awal pengembangan.
