Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peningkatan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui penerapan Evidence-Based HR (EBHR) yang didukung teknologi informasi. Dalam era digital, organisasi tidak lagi cukup hanya mengandalkan praktik konvensional, melainkan perlu memanfaatkan bukti empiris dan sistem berbasis data untuk memperkuat pengambilan keputusan. Studi ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, menyeleksi enam artikel dari Scopus periode 2021–2025 yang relevan dengan topik efektivitas HR, teknologi informasi SDM, dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan HRIS, analitik, serta kecerdasan buatan dapat meningkatkan proses rekrutmen, evaluasi kinerja, dan keterlibatan karyawan. Meski demikian, hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, resistensi budaya, serta isu privasi dan keamanan data masih menjadi tantangan utama. Secara keseluruhan, temuan menegaskan bahwa integrasi EBHR dengan teknologi digital berpotensi besar meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja sekaligus efektivitas organisasi.
