Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) komprehensif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dan operasional organisasi. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis PRISMA dan model Watase UAKE, diperoleh 433 publikasi dari Scopus, disaring menjadi 26 artikel relevan, dan empat di antaranya dijadikan fokus utama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi SDM komprehensif menekankan integrasi teknologi digital, analitik data, dan budaya kerja kolaboratif. Model Watase UAKE mengidentifikasi empat dimensi utama, yaitu Green HRM, pelatihan berbasis model, simulasi ketahanan operasional, dan praktik HRM sistematis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen SDM komprehensif berperan strategis dalam membangun organisasi adaptif, efektif, dan berdaya saing di era transformasi digital.
