Abstract

Transformasi digital dan globalisasi telah mengubah paradigma pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan dinamika pasar kerja global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA terhadap 15 artikel terindeks Scopus (Q1–Q4) untuk mengidentifikasi strategi inovatif dalam pengelolaan SDM di era digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi perlu mengintegrasikan teknologi, pembelajaran organisasi, dan adaptasi struktural guna meningkatkan efisiensi, ketahanan, serta daya saing global. Temuan menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan antara efisiensi berbasis teknologi dan nilai humanistik dalam membentuk SDM yang adaptif, kompeten, dan berkelanjutan.
