Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Digital Human Resource (Digital HR), Artificial Intelligence in HR (AI in HR), dan Human Resource Information System (HRIS) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di era digital. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis pedoman PRISMA, studi ini menelaah sepuluh artikel ilmiah dari basis data Scopus yang terbit antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital, analitik, dan kecerdasan buatan mampu mempercepat proses administrasi HR, meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, serta mendukung pengembangan karyawan secara strategis. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital SDM, biaya implementasi yang tinggi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan organisasi. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara teknologi, kompetensi manusia, dan kebijakan organisasi untuk mewujudkan sistem manajemen SDM yang efisien, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital.
