Membangun Budaya Organisasi Berkeadilan: Perspektif Etika dan Inklusi dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia

Penelitian ini menganalisis literatur mengenai pembangunan budaya organisasi berkeadilan melalui perspektif etika dan inklusi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis PRISMA 2020. Data diperoleh dari basis Scopus dengan kata kunci “Ethical Organizational Behavior”, “Humanistic Management”, dan “Moral Leadership”. Dari 632 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 458 dieliminasi pada tahap awal, menghasilkan 174 artikel untuk disaring. Sebanyak 88 laporan ditinjau, dan 9 studi akhir memenuhi kriteria untuk dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai etika, kepemimpinan moral, dan pendekatan humanistik berperan penting dalam menciptakan budaya organisasi yang adil dan inklusif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya integrasi prinsip etika dalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk membangun organisasi yang berkelanjutan dan berkeadilan.
