Analisis Dinamika Strategi Kooperatif Dan Non-Kooperatif Menggunakan Model Game Theory Pada Lingkungan Kompetitif

Penelitian ini menelaah dinamika strategi kooperatif dan non-kooperatif dengan pendekatan game theory dalam konteks lingkungan kompetitif yang adaptif. Melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis pedoman PRISMA, studi ini mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis hasil penelitian dari basis data Scopus periode 2020–2025. Analisis difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu dinamika strategi kooperatif dan non-kooperatif, strategi rasional adaptif, serta interaksi strategis antar agen. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model permainan kooperatif mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, stabilitas, dan pembagian keuntungan yang lebih seimbang, sedangkan pendekatan non-kooperatif menyoroti potensi konflik kepentingan yang memerlukan mekanisme insentif tepat untuk mencapai keseimbangan strategis. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap hubungan antara kerja sama dan persaingan melalui kerangka game theory berkontribusi signifikan dalam menjelaskan perilaku strategis aktor dalam sistem multi-agen yang dinamis.
