Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dan dinamika pasar tenaga kerja global menuntut organisasi untuk merancang strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang inovatif dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perancangan serta implementasi strategi inovatif dalam pengelolaan SDM yang mampu menyesuaikan diri terhadap perubahan teknologi dan fluktuasi kebutuhan pasar tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA terhadap 17 artikel terindeks Scopus (Q1–Q4) yang relevan dengan topik inovasi manajemen SDM di era digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital, budaya pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan restrukturisasi organisasi merupakan elemen kunci dalam membangun SDM yang tangguh, fleksibel, dan berdaya saing tinggi. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa keseimbangan antara efisiensi berbasis teknologi dan penguatan nilai-nilai humanistik menjadi fondasi utama dalam menciptakan strategi pengelolaan SDM yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif terhadap transformasi teknologi serta dinamika pasar kerja global.
