Analisis Fungsi Utama Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi

Penelitian ini menelaah kontribusi fungsi utama manajemen sumber daya manusia—HR planning, workforce optimization, dan human capital strategy—dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Dengan mengacu pada metode PRISMA, penelitian ini mengevaluasi enam artikel terindeks Scopus (Q1–Q4) yang terbit antara 2023 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas modal manusia, kepemimpinan yang adaptif, dan optimalisasi tenaga kerja merupakan fondasi penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan bisnis. Kajian juga menegaskan bahwa sinergi antartim serta pemanfaatan teknologi analitik dapat memperkuat efektivitas perencanaan SDM dan pelaksanaan strategi keberlanjutan. Selain itu, jejaring profesional terbukti mendukung aliansi strategis dan pembelajaran lintas organisasi. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang terintegrasi dan berbasis data mampu mendorong keunggulan kompetitif serta memastikan keberlanjutan organisasi.
